Angels are in everything obedient to God and cannot disobey His commands. Angels, unlike humans and genies, are not endowed with freedom of choice. They do not sin and cannot be "fallen" or "disobedient" by definition.
The great imam al-Hasan al-Basri said: “Iblis (Satan) has nothing to do with angels! He is the progenitor of the jinn, just as Adam is the progenitor of humans. Among the jinn and people there are believers in Allah (God, Lord) and unbelievers. The beginning of people is clay (earth), and the genies are fire
Jinn were originally created by the Creator from fire:

What are genies made for?
“Jinns and people were created only to worship Me [says the Creator, - in order to come to the realization of Me and worship only Me and no one else. But I do not need anything in any way] ”(Holy Quran, 51:56).
Worship is awe before the Creator, when you consciously do not commit sin, follow the instructions of God, especially in matters of morality and mutual respect, and create, fearing nothing, except the Lord of the worlds, the Creator of all things.
The global meaning of the existence of the world of people and the world of jinn, the essence of the worlds in which they live, is the revelation of the greatness and power of the Creator through all the perfection that surrounds us. Probably, the genies and people will be able to understand the depth of practical contemplation above the given Qur'anic line only after living the time allotted to them on earth, having passed through afterworld, resurrected after the End of the World and presented before God on Judgment Day. Why doesn't Satan die?

“And just as [as you, Muhammad, have enemies, enemies] We made [wished] for each prophet enemies from among the devil-men and the devil-jinn. Lack of spirituality, immorality, drug addiction, prostitution, alcohol, corruption, violence... “On that Day [on the Day of Judgment], the Almighty will resurrect all of them [humans and genies and] gather them together [in the vast area of Judgment]. “O jinn [those of you who were godless and helped Satan]! How much big number people you seduced, seduced [spiritually blinded]!” Their close friends from among the people [their communication was “heart to soul”] will say: “[We admit, we are guilty] we used each other (received benefit from each other). Satan spiritually and bodily exposes people
"People! We sent down to you clothes that cover your nakedness and adorn you [plant and animal worlds as a source of natural fabrics and materials, as well as modern technologies for the production of artificial fabrics]. They see us

“We [says the Lord of the worlds] made the devils patrons and helpers for the godless [we did not interfere with this union]” (see Holy Quran, 7:27).

The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The movement of Satan towards people is like the movement of blood through the veins [naturally and imperceptibly].” Another possible translation: “The devil [his intrigues and whispers] moves along the paths of the blood flow of the son of man [like blood penetrating everywhere, eventually spreading through the body, penetrating, impregnating and poisoning a person with sin to the marrow of bones]” . The Prophet Muhammad also said: “There are three qualities. The Lord of the worlds said:
“Indeed, those who are pious before Me [servants of God, not servants of Satan] will be protected from the influence of the devil [he will have no power over them]. The exception is those who follow you, Iblis, from among those who have gone astray (who have become addicted to bad things) ”(Holy Quran, 15:42).
“Verily, he (the Devil) has no power over those who believe and trust in their Lord. The Qur'an says: “They will shout (yell, call for help): “Lord, get us out of here! We will certainly do good deeds, and not those that we did earlier [in earthly life]!” [The answer will follow]: “Have We not given you so much time [so many earthly years] that he who listens [to the instructions of the prophets and the covenants of the Scriptures] could listen?! [You had every opportunity to learn the basics, learn the main part of the theory and apply the most important thing in practice.] After all, a warning came to you [ God's prophet, the messenger either passed on the legacy of instructions and prescriptions left by him]! Now taste [the punishment of eternal Hell as a result of your own choice]. Sinners [when godlessness was a sin that accompanies all life] no one will help ”(Holy Quran, 35:37).
